In a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the company said it is exploring the possible purchase of Elegantes London (Holdings) Limited. Elegantes London is an ultra-luxury brand that sells perfumes and wellness products and is listed at the famous Harrods store in the UK.
This potential acquisition would be made through Image’s fully owned UK-based subsidiary, Image International Limited. The step marks a big shift for the company as it aims to grow beyond clothing and enter the luxury perfume and wellness market abroad.
By adding Elegantes London to its portfolio, Image Pakistan hopes to reach new customers in international markets, especially in the UK and USA. These markets are promising because Elegantes London already enjoys a strong reputation among high-end buyers.
