In reply, the West Indies fought back but fell short, finishing on 176 runs for six wickets in their 20 overs. Pakistan’s bowlers worked together to defend the target well. Hasan Ali, Haris Rauf, Mohammad Nawaz, Sufiyan Muqeem, and Saim Ayub each picked up a wicket to keep the pressure on the West Indies batting lineup.
Earlier in the series, Pakistan had won the first match by 14 runs, while the West Indies bounced back to win the second game by 2 wickets, setting up an exciting decider.
For this final match, Haris Rauf and Khushdil Shah were brought back into the playing XI to strengthen the side, and the plan paid off as the team held its nerve to seal the win.
