Pakistani Students Can Now Verify Degrees Online in 24 Hours

by Hameed

Pakistani students can now verify their academic documents online within 24 hours with the launch of a new Customer Care Desk (CCD) Portal by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC). The portal was introduced by Federal Minister for Education, Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, as part of the government’s efforts to make student services more digital and easily accessible.

The portal has already gone through six months of testing and is now available for students across Pakistan. It allows users to apply for verification and track their requests with a QR code system. This new digital process is expected to reduce delays and bring more clarity to a system that has often been slow and difficult to navigate.

For students and parents living abroad, the IBCC has also launched an email support service. Through this, queries will be answered within 24 hours, making it easier for overseas Pakistanis to manage their education-related documents without needing to visit offices in person.

The CCD Portal is available 24/7, allowing students from all regions of Pakistan to submit complaints or request services related to their academic records whenever they need.

Dr. Siddiqui described the launch as a big step toward digital transformation in education. By moving important procedures online, the government hopes to make the system more transparent, efficient, and user-friendly. This initiative is seen as a way to reduce the difficulties faced by students and bring greater convenience to the entire process of handling academic documents.
