Gold prices have reached new record highs across the world, showing a strong upward trend in global markets. The international price of gold has increased by $54, reaching $3,940 per ounce. In Pakistan, the price has also climbed to its highest level ever — Rs415,278 per tola — while the rate for 10 grams of gold rose by Rs4,629 to reach Rs356,033.
This sharp rise in gold prices is largely linked to growing global economic uncertainty, as many investors turn to gold as a safe investment option during unstable times. Along with gold, other precious metals like silver, platinum, and palladium have also recorded price increases in international markets.
