Alkhidmat Foundation Shares the Spirit of Diwali by Distributing Gifts to 200 Hindu Families

by Mahnoor Arif

The spirit of Diwali was celebrated with kindness and generosity in Tando Adam. Ahead of the festival of lights, Alkhidmat Foundation, working together with Aghosh Alkhidmat USA, distributed special Diwali gift packages and ration packs to 200 deserving Hindu families in the area.

The distribution ceremony wasn’t just a quick handout, it was a meaningful event attended by Alkhidmat Vice President Zikrullah Mujahid, who used the occasion to share the organization’s core values and mission. His presence demonstrated that this wasn’t merely a token gesture but a sincere commitment to supporting all communities in Pakistan.

Mujahid reaffirmed what Alkhidmat stands for: serving humanity without any discrimination based on caste, creed, or religious faith. In a country where religious minorities sometimes feel overlooked, such clear statements of inclusive values matter significantly. The vice president made it clear that Alkhidmat sees all Pakistanis, regardless of their religion, as equally deserving of support and care.

He also emphasized the foundation’s ongoing commitment to helping underprivileged communities across Pakistan. This Diwali distribution is just one example of Alkhidmat’s broader social welfare initiatives that aim to reach those who need help the most, whether they’re Muslim, Hindu, Christian, or from any other background.

Through actions like these, Alkhidmat is actively promoting compassion and interfaith harmony in Pakistani society. By participating in and honoring Hindu festivals like Diwali, the organization sends a powerful message: we’re all part of one national family, and celebrating each other’s joys strengthens the bonds that hold communities together. Such gestures build bridges of understanding and mutual respect.
