Travel between Pakistan and Bangladesh is going to get much easier. From December 2025, you can fly direct from Karachi to Dhaka without stopping anywhere else. Bangladesh High Commissioner Iqbal Hussain Khan confirmed the happy news.
The flights will be run by Mahan Air, a big airline. There will be three flights every week. This will make trips faster and cheaper for families, students, and business people.
The High Commissioner said both countries are very excited. “We want more trade, more students, and more friends visiting each other,” he added. Pakistan and Bangladesh already share history, culture, and love for cricket. Now it will be simple to visit relatives or explore the beautiful green fields of Bangladesh.
Visa rules are also becoming friendlier. Business visas now take only three to four days instead of weeks. Students and tourists will find it easier too.
Both nations see big chances in farming, clothes (textiles), computer work (IT), and schools. Pakistani rice and cloth can go to Bangladesh faster, while Bangladeshi fruits and fish can reach Karachi markets fresh.
Tickets will be available soon on travel websites and at airport counters. A direct flight will take just around four hours.
