On the 149th birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Pakistan’s Armed Forces paid tribute to the Father of the Nation, emphasizing that his principles of faith, unity, and discipline remain central to the country’s guidance and progress. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported that senior military leaders reaffirmed their commitment to Pakistan’s sovereignty, stability, and prosperity in line with Quaid-e-Azam’s vision.

Army Chief Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Naval Chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf, and Air Chief Marshal highlighted the importance of upholding the values established by the nation’s founder. They stated that the armed forces would continue their efforts to maintain national security, strengthen peace, and contribute to Pakistan’s development. “Faith, unity, and discipline are not just principles of history, they are guiding forces for Pakistan’s present and future,” said ISPR in a statement summarizing the leaders’ messages.

The military also acknowledged the role of all communities in nation-building. On the occasion, the Armed Forces extended warm Christmas greetings to the Christian community, appreciating their contributions to social and national progress. This gesture reinforced Pakistan’s commitment to religious tolerance, inclusivity, and national unity.

Special ceremonies, including flag hoisting, parades, and tributes at military installations, were held across the country. The Armed Forces’ message underlined that honoring Quaid-e-Azam’s ideals requires continuous dedication to Pakistan’s development, national cohesion, and security. By reaffirming these principles, the military aims to inspire citizens and future generations to work collectively toward a prosperous and harmonious Pakistan.
