Kamran Tessori has announced a cash reward of Rs 10 million for the Pakistan national cricket team if they win the ICC T20 World Cup. The announcement comes ahead of Pakistan’s high pressure clash against arch rivals India national cricket team.

The Sindh Governor said he would personally receive the team at the airport if they lift the trophy. He also promised to shower the players with 120 kilograms of flower petals and distribute 3,000 kilograms of sweets across Karachi to celebrate the victory. The announcement has added excitement among fans, especially in Sindh, where cricket enjoys massive support.

In the key group stage match in Colombo, Pakistan won the toss and chose to bowl first against India. Captain Salman Ali Agha said the team remains focused and calm despite the magnitude of the contest. He added that the players are treating it like any other match and are concentrating on execution.

Historically, India holds a strong edge in T20 internationals between the two sides, leading 13 to 3. However, both teams entered the game unbeaten in the group stage, making it a high stakes encounter with major tournament implications.

Fans across the country are hopeful that Pakistan can break records and bring home the title, turning the promised celebrations into reality.
