Lahore is set to welcome a new 5-star plus hotel as part of major development projects approved by the Central Business District (CBD) of Punjab. The project, built to international standards, will add to the city’s growing luxury hospitality sector and strengthen its position as a top business and tourism destination.
The new hotel is part of a broader commercial expansion in Lahore’s CBD Qaid District. Alongside the hotel, authorities have approved “The Regalia,” a luxury residential project on a 7.1-kanal plot, and a large 41-kanal mixed-use complex aimed at boosting tourism and business activity. These developments reflect the government’s focus on high-end real estate and modern urban planning.
The upcoming 5-star plus hotel is expected to offer world-class facilities, including luxury suites, fine dining restaurants, conference halls, a fitness centre, swimming pool, and premium guest services.
