Pakistan has won two more medals at the World Police and Fire Games 2025 in Birmingham, USA, bringing the country’s total medal count to three.

Ali Nawaz, a constable from Islamabad Police, secured a silver medal in the 86kg cruiserweight boxing category. He fought a tough match but narrowly lost to an Australian opponent with a close 3-2 score.

Furqan Khan from Punjab Police claimed a bronze medal in the 125kg freestyle wrestling event. This is his second bronze medal at the Games—he earlier won one in the 130kg Greco-Roman wrestling category. His back-to-back victories have been a proud moment for the team.

Meanwhile, Shaheer Afridi of Sindh Police has reached the finals in boxing, giving Pakistan another chance to add to its medal count.
