Hospitals, including PIMS, Polyclinic, and CDA Hospital, were placed on high alert, treating injured victims who suffered burns, shrapnel wounds, and blast injuries. The explosion coincided with the official two-day visit of Uzbekistan’s President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, adding urgency to security measures across the city.
