The new facility, called the Faysal Self Serve Digital Lobby, is a fully unmanned banking space that operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The digital center allows customers to access essential banking services at any time through advanced in branch digital solutions. This initiative is designed to reduce waiting times and give customers greater control over routine banking tasks without the need for staff assistance.
One of the standout features of the digital lobby is the instant card replacement service. Customers can walk in and receive a replacement for their Faysal Debit or Noor card within five minutes, following a simple walk in, walk out process. This service addresses a common customer concern and removes delays typically associated with card replacement.
The center also features a biometric self service kiosk that enables customers to instantly register for services, view account details, activate cards, and update personal information such as demographic data. By using biometric verification, the system ensures both speed and security.
