YouTube has removed the channel of Explosive Media, a group known for creating viral AI-generated videos in a colourful Lego-style format with strong pro-Iran and anti-Trump messages.
The channel was suspended around April 10, 2026. YouTube stated that the account was terminated for violating its policies on spam, deceptive practices, and scams. Some reports also mentioned “violent content” as a reason. The group strongly denied the claims and questioned how cartoon-style Lego animations could be considered violent.
Explosive Media became very popular during the recent US-Iran conflict. Their fast-paced, eye-catching videos used Lego-like characters to show scenes of war, dying children, fighter jets, and mocking US President Donald Trump. These clips spread quickly on social media and were even shared by some Iranian-linked accounts.
Many viewers called them effective propaganda, while critics labelled them as “slopaganda”, low-quality but highly shareable AI content designed to influence public opinion.
The group, which also operates under the name Akhbar Enfejari, claims to be an independent team of fewer than 10 people. However, reports suggest possible links to Iranian interests, and they have admitted that the Iranian government is one of their customers.
While the YouTube channel has been taken down, Explosive Media’s accounts on X (Twitter), Telegram, and other platforms remain active. The group says it has faced short bans before and plans to continue creating content.
