Gold prices in Pakistan rose again on Thursday, June 4, 2026. The price of one tola of 24-karat gold increased by Rs. 1,523 to reach Rs. 469,285. This surge follows international trends as global gold rates also climbed.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 10 grams of gold also went up by Rs. 1,305 to Rs. 402,300. The rise comes as the international price of gold increased by around $14.49 per ounce to $4,468.

Experts say several factors are pushing gold prices higher. These include global economic uncertainty, tension in different regions, and strong demand for gold as a safe investment. In Pakistan, many people buy gold to protect their savings against inflation and currency changes.

Gold rates in the local market often move with the US dollar rate and international bullion prices. Jewelers report steady buying from investors and people preparing for weddings. However, high prices are making it difficult for middle-class families to buy gold jewellery.

Analysts believe gold may remain strong in the coming days. People are advised to check daily rates before buying or selling. This latest increase shows how global events continue to affect everyday prices in Pakistan.
