Pakistan highlighted its world-renowned football manufacturing industry by presenting the official FIFA World Cup 2026 “Trionda” football during a special event at the United Nations in New York. Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Asim Iftikhar Ahmad, presented the Pakistan-made Adidas Trionda football to the President of the UN General Assembly, Annalena Baerbock. The symbolic gesture reflected Pakistan’s reputation as one of the world’s leading producers of high-quality footballs, particularly through the skilled workforce of Sialkot.
