Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has applauded U.S. President Donald Trump for helping to mediate a ceasefire between Pakistan and India. Speaking to the media, PM Shehbaz referred to Trump as a “man of peace,” appreciating his role in promoting harmony, regional stability, and global trade.
He also acknowledged the support of friendly Middle Eastern countries that stood by the peace process, stating their efforts were vital in encouraging dialogue. PM Shehbaz highlighted that such international cooperation shows the world the importance of peaceful negotiations over conflict.
