Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan has announced a profit of Rs. 3.23 billion for the fiscal year 2025-26 (MY26), showing a healthy 19% increase compared to the previous year. The company’s earnings per share stood at Rs. 22.64. This growth was mainly driven by stronger sales of vehicles and higher overall revenues during the year.
Despite the annual profit growth, Honda Atlas faced challenges in the last quarter of the fiscal year. The company’s fourth-quarter profit dropped sharply by 40% to Rs. 1 billion. Officials linked this decline to rising finance costs and pressure on profit margins, even though vehicle sales volumes improved.
The mixed results reflect the difficult conditions in Pakistan’s auto industry. High interest rates, economic uncertainty, and fluctuating consumer demand continue to create challenges for car manufacturers. Many companies are struggling with expensive bank financing and a slow recovery in the market.
Honda Atlas remains one of the leading car manufacturers in Pakistan, known for models like the Honda Civic and City. The company is expected to focus on cost control, improving efficiency, and launching new models to maintain growth in the coming year.
