Sazgar Engineering Works Limited, the Pakistani company behind Haval and GWM vehicles, has reported its highest-ever annual profit of Rs24 billion for fiscal year 2026.
The company’s profit after tax jumped 44% compared with the previous year, highlighting strong growth in its automotive business. Revenue also surged 76% to Rs191.7 billion during the year.
Sazgar’s four-wheeler sales rose by 77% year-on-year to 19,179 units, with Haval, GWM and Tank vehicles contributing significantly to the company’s performance.
The record results reflect growing demand for SUVs, hybrid vehicles and other models in Pakistan’s automobile market. The company has strengthened its position through its partnership with Great Wall Motor, offering Haval and other GWM brands to Pakistani consumers.
Sazgar’s latest financial performance marks a major milestone for the company and shows how quickly Pakistan’s automotive market is changing, particularly with rising interest in modern SUVs and new-energy vehicles.
