Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan has discontinued the Honda BR-V from its local vehicle lineup, bringing an end to the model’s availability in the Pakistani market.
The BR-V was introduced as a seven-seat crossover aimed at families looking for additional passenger space and practicality. It remained part of Honda Pakistan’s lineup for several years and competed in Pakistan’s growing crossover and family vehicle segment.
The company has not publicly announced a specific reason for discontinuing the BR-V. It is also unclear whether Honda plans to introduce another seven-seater model as its replacement in Pakistan.
Honda’s current local lineup includes the Civic, City and HR-V, with the HR-V also offered with hybrid technology. The company continues to focus on passenger cars and SUVs as consumer preferences in Pakistan gradually shift toward crossovers and more fuel-efficient vehicles.
The discontinuation of the BR-V could leave Honda without a dedicated seven-seat model in its locally assembled lineup. Customers interested in a Honda seven-seater may therefore have to consider used BR-V models or wait for details about a potential replacement.
Honda Atlas has yet to reveal whether a new model will be introduced to fill the gap left by the BR-V. Further announcements from the company could provide more information about its future product strategy in Pakistan.
