Toyota Ends Pre-Facelift Corolla in Pakistan

by urooj Fatima

Indus Motor Company (IMC) has discontinued the current pre-facelift Toyota Corolla in Pakistan, paving the way for the updated Corolla facelift.

According to recent reports, Toyota has confirmed the discontinuation of the outgoing model as it prepares to introduce the facelifted version in the Pakistani market.

The upcoming Corolla is not an entirely new generation. Instead, Toyota is expected to continue with the existing 11th-generation platform while introducing several exterior and feature updates.

The facelifted Corolla has already been spotted in Pakistan. The updated model features redesigned headlights, a revised front grille, new alloy wheels and changes to the front bumper. The rear section also receives updated styling, including revised tail lamps and a redesigned bumper.

The spotted vehicle carries Altis and 1.8 X badging, suggesting that the updated model will continue under the Corolla Altis name.

Toyota has not yet officially announced the launch date, prices or complete specifications of the facelifted Corolla. However, the discontinuation of the pre-facelift model indicates that the new version could be introduced soon.

The development marks the end of another chapter for Pakistan’s long-running 11th-generation Corolla, which has remained in the local market for more than a decade despite newer generations being introduced internationally.

More details about the new Corolla’s price, variants and features are expected once Toyota officially launches the updated model.
