The Pakistan Air Force has started a large-scale flood relief operation in Gilgit-Baltistan to support communities affected by recent heavy rains and floods.

In this operation, more than 7 tons of food items, daily essentials, and life-saving medicines have been delivered. The supplies were transported using C-130 aircraft from PAF Base Nur Khan, ensuring quick and safe delivery to the affected areas.

The relief items include food packets, clean drinking water, cooking oil, flour, pulses, and other essential goods needed for survival.

Along with this, medicines and basic healthcare supplies were also sent to help people suffering from illnesses caused by the floods. These efforts are meant to support families who have lost their homes, belongings, and access to basic needs because of the disaster.

The Pakistan Air Force has always stood with the nation during difficult times. In natural disasters like floods, earthquakes, or landslides, the PAF uses its resources and expertise to quickly reach remote and mountainous areas where road access becomes difficult.

This relief operation in Gilgit-Baltistan once again highlights their commitment to saving lives and providing urgent support to citizens in need.

In addition to delivering supplies, the PAF is also coordinating with local authorities and disaster management teams to assess further requirements. The relief work will continue until the situation improves, ensuring that no family is left without assistance.

This timely response not only brings hope to the flood-affected communities but also strengthens the trust and bond between the Pakistan Air Force and the people of Pakistan.
