A customer has publicly expressed deep regret and disappointment after purchasing a Jaecoo J5 vehicle, claiming serious issues started just days after delivery.

The customer received the car on March 14, 2026. According to his complaint, multiple technical problems appeared within the first few days. Despite repeated follow-ups with the company, he says he did not receive a clear resolution or replacement offer.

He claimed the vehicle broke down several times, including one incident where he was stranded on a motorway. Even then, he was reportedly advised to continue driving while repairs were being arranged. The customer also mentioned that he sold two reliable vehicles to buy the Jaecoo J5, making the situation even more frustrating.

Expressing strong dissatisfaction, the customer criticized the brand’s after-sales service and management. He stated that he had placed high trust in Jaecoo because of its association with the Nishat Group and Mian Mansha, but felt let down by the overall experience.

In response, the customer has announced a boycott of the Jaecoo brand and urged other potential buyers to be cautious. He called for better accountability and faster complaint resolution from the company.

This public complaint has gained attention on social media, with many people sharing similar concerns about the after-sales service of new car brands in Pakistan. Jaecoo has not issued an official statement regarding this specific case so far.
