Bangladesh’s Education Minister Dr. ANM Ehsanul Hoque Milon attended the “Pakistan Education Expo 2026” in Dhaka on May 11. The event was organized by Pakistan’s High Commission in Dhaka in collaboration with Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Speaking at the event held at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden, Dr. Milon highlighted the launch of the second phase of the Allama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarships under the Pakistan-Bangladesh Knowledge Corridor. He expressed hope that this initiative would promote student and teacher exchanges, joint research, and stronger academic cooperation.
Representatives from over 20 leading Pakistani universities participated in the expo. A large number of Bangladeshi students attended to learn about higher education opportunities, admission processes, and fully funded scholarships in Pakistan.
The Education Expo will now travel to other cities, including Barishal, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Chattogram, and Rangpur. This series of events reflects growing educational and diplomatic relations between Pakistan and Bangladesh.
