Service Global Footwear Limited has expanded its employee ownership programme by allotting 601,767 ordinary shares to eligible employees who exercised their options under the company’s Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) 2020. The shares were credited to employees’ accounts on July 30, 2026, according to a filing with the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The allotment was made under the ESOS, which was approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The move gives eligible employees a direct ownership interest in the company and strengthens the link between employee participation and the company’s long-term performance.

Following the issuance, Service Global Footwear’s paid-up capital increased to Rs2.071 billion, divided into 207,069,372 ordinary shares with a face value of Rs10 each. Before the allotment, the company had 206,467,605 outstanding shares.

The company received an aggregate subscription amount of approximately Rs22.6 million for the newly issued shares. The shares were exercised at three different prices: Rs30, Rs36 and Rs44 per share, depending on the employee options exercised.

The latest allotment highlights Service Global Footwear’s continued use of employee stock ownership as a way to provide workers with a stake in the business. By giving eligible employees the opportunity to own company shares, the scheme can encourage greater employee engagement while aligning their interests with the company’s future growth and shareholder value.
