Pakistani runner Masood Khan has achieved an amazing feat. He completed an 808-kilometre journey from Peshawar to Skardu in only nine days. Many are calling it a new world record in ultra-distance running.

The tough route passed through steep mountains, water crossings, and long stretches of the famous Karakoram Highway. Masood ran for up to 17 hours every day. He faced extreme weather, high altitude, and injuries in the final stages, but he did not give up.

The entire journey was tracked live on the Strava app, which recorded his distance and path across northern Pakistan. He finished at Skardu View Point, where local officials and people warmly welcomed him. Additional Deputy Commissioner Skardu Nisar Ahmed praised his strong determination.

Masood Khan, a young athlete with experience in international events, said he ran nonstop to make Pakistan proud. The challenging route included valleys along the Indus River and difficult mountain paths in Gilgit-Baltistan. Despite pain and tiredness, his courage helped him complete this historic run.

This inspiring achievement highlights the power of human endurance. Masood’s success has brought joy to sports lovers across Pakistan and shown the beauty and toughness of the country’s northern regions.
