Fresh fighting has erupted between the United States and Iran, raising concerns over the future of a recently announced peace agreement between the two countries.
According to US officials, American forces carried out strikes on several Iranian military targets after Iran was accused of attacking a commercial tanker in the Strait of Hormuz.
The strikes reportedly targeted radar systems, air defence sites, drone facilities, and military communication infrastructure.
Iran strongly condemned the attacks and responded by launching missiles and drones toward US military positions in the Gulf.
The renewed violence has increased fears that the fragile ceasefire could collapse before planned diplomatic talks take place.
